Terrific service, knowledgeable
These guys are professional from start to finish. Customer service is personal and friendly. They beat Rise hands down in every way, including cost, download and upload speed, and customer support. You are also not locked into a contract with these guys. I didn't realize how bad Rise was until I experienced Ascent Broadband!
